The Healthy Living Plan 2012

All my GOALS for first half of the year seem to be FAILED :( -


Resetting them for the next 2 quarters 

  • July 17th to July 26th Master Cleanse and jump start the diet..! Hope to lose up to 8 pounds.
  • July 27th to August 3rd - P.I.N.K Methods initial phase diet - Smoothie + Protein ( maintain and lose up to total of at least 12 pounds) (Goal - 125 pounds)
  • August 17th to Continue PHASE 1 PINK Method 3 months ...! Swimming?
  • September - Mud Race/Warrior dash/Zion/Grand Canyon (Goal 120 pounds)
  • October first week - Join Jazzercise or DANCE Group! :) (Goal 115 pounds)


Do Sweet 16 Monday's too! Om Namah Shivayeh!

Lord help me through this please - I need all this to get my confidence back!

  1. Hmm so checking in on July 31 - not sure if I really lost 8 pounds but I am energized and have been atleast going to the gym three times a week! Started running and jogging - I can see my legs getting into shape! :D
