I have never tried dieting before and have always believed in the healthier ways of cutting pounds .... that is exercising and have exercised a lot! Don't deny the benefits of it....!! And I really enjoy spending my time exercising.. the only thing which bugs me is that till now, I haven't really lost any pounds... I'm stuck on my constant weight since forever... and so has my Fat content!!

No Breads, No rice, No Pasta, no Cereal!
Less of dairy products...!
More Protein... Whole EGGS & Dals! And I now plan to stay on this diet for months and learn new recipes for vegetarian salads! Interesting salads! ;)
