So Janford actually made it to the post of Operations IS BA Lead!
And I am his backup... now whom is to be blamed..... well I guess me or circumstances or is this called experience!
hmmm..... he gets a boost coz of his college background and Howard's preference ..
he totally started off as a bouncy kid... took over the damn listing thing...
and then Howard just gave him the work and I got sidetracked....completely....it just happened!
I tried as much as I could!
ANd now I donno what to do.... Y are being made to WAIT so much for everything!

Indian girls are not made for just careers in their life! Not yet... maybe... two or three more genrations down the lane... they'll learn to be independent enough and won't have this need for dependency and stability!!

but gals from india.. who have got ample of family love and care..... need that when they are in that age...

Career and professional growth is definitely taking its toll on these dreams....

Yes... that's true... unless your heart is made of stone or you are being led by some hard pressure......everone needs love, care, support, appreciation from family and friends to constantly perform in all the aspects of life!
